WPT determines a clinic closure due to weather or other extreme circumstances the day before or the day of the closure.
When there is a clinic closure your child’s appointment will be moved to telehealth. WPT will contact you about this via text to let you know that your child’s appointment has been moved to telehealth. WPT uses Google Meet for these appointments. Your child’s therapist will email you a Google Meet link at the time of your child’s appointment to your preferred email address.
Note: if schools are closed, that does not necessarily mean that WPT is closed. Please assume WPT is open as usual unless you receive a message from WPT stating that we are closed.
